Camp Meeting Details

Meeting venue and time!

Date: 13th July, Tuesday

Venue: NUS Central Forum (we'll be somewhere near the steps and the lift!)
Time: 12 noon

The Central Forum actually houses the Central Library; this is a landmark you can find on the campus map.

And there're some really clear directions on how to get there at this webpage.

If you really get lost, please please don't be afraid to call! And be on time!
Bus 95 has a particularly long waiting time (especially if you miss it!).
Both bus 95 and 96 take about 15 minutes to reach the Central Library bus stop.

FAQ (Frequently asked questions)

Q1. I missed the payment collection day, can I still sign up?
A1. The payment collection on 26th June, was really just a camp fee collection day. Sign ups for the camp have not closed, and you can sign up here. The camp fee will be paid through i-banking or bank transfer.

Q2. Is there a deadline for sign ups?
A2. No, but we've a cut off regarding the number of campers, and once that cut off is reached, we'll close applications. But as of now, we still can take in more. We'll appreciate if you sign up as early as you can, so we can do better preparations!

Q3. Can I still participate in the camp? I've QET (Qualifying English Test) on the morning of 15th July.
A3. Yes, you definitely can still participate in the camp. The suggested thing you do is to leave the camp on 14th July, and return after your QET on 15th July. Please remember to inform your OGL during the first day of the camp.

Q4. I can't make it for the whole of the camp, can I still join?
A4. Of course! The main activities are from 13th-15th July, so if you can make it for these 3 days, it's good enough. If you only can make it from 13th-14th July, you could still come, but you'll be missing 1 day of activities.

Q5. How do we submit the indemnity forms?
A5. Please print the indemnity form and submit it to us on the first day of the camp. Please note that there are 2 versions: one for those above 21 and another for those below 21, just fill in the appropriate one.

Q6. How do we bring for the camp?
A6. A suggested list of things to bring will be updated soon.
